Training Contract Opportunity After 12 Months

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an ambitious and detail-driven paralegal with a passion for property law?
An established and forward-thinking law firm in Central London is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in law, with the potential for a Training Contract after 12 months of proven performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist fee earners in managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
*
Draft and review legal documents including contracts, reports on title, and completion statements
*
Conduct property searches and assist in analysing results
*
Prepare and submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
*
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
*
Open and manage client files using a case management system
*
Support with exchange and completion processes
*
Ensure all compliance and regulatory procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing role
*
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
A law degree or equivalent qualification (LPC or SQE preparation is advantageous)
*
Keen interest in progressing to a Training Contract
