Job Description
Service Care Legal are currently working with a highly reputable Scottish law firm that is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal to join their busy team in Dundee. Role Responsibilities:
Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
Providing an efficient and high-quality service to clients
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Meeting fee earning targets and recording time accuratelyRequirements:
Experience in residential conveyancing, ideally as a Solicitor or Paralegal
Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulatory obligations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
