The Role

You will:

Manage a varied caseload of residential development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, conditional contracts, option agreements, and collaboration agreements.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value development projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with an impressive client base of national and regional developers.
Play an active role in business development and team growth. 

About You

We're looking for a solicitor who:

Has 2-6 years' PQE in residential development, real estate, or land/development work (though candidates outside this range will be considered on merit).
Possesses strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality and client service.
Is motivated, proactive, and keen to grow within a market-leading team.
