Small Elderly Residential Care Home in Sileby, Loughborough
£36,000 - £38.000 per annum
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a small elderly care home in Sileby, Loughborough.
Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:
* £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
* Full time hours
* Opportunities for training and development
* Opportunity to work in a small home with a good CQC rating
* Succession role due to the current manager retiring
Residential Home Manager requirements:
* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
* Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
