The Role This is a broad conveyancing role where you will manage a caseload of both residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and other key legal paperwork
Conduct title checks, deal with SDLT and Land Registry submissions
Maintain the highest standard of compliance and client care throughoutWhat We're Looking For
Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
