Some of your key responsibilities will consist of:

  * Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.

  * Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.

  * Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

  * Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.

  * Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.

Preferred Requirements:

  * Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential.

  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

  * Excellent communication and client care skills.

  * Proficient IT skills and attention to detail.

  * A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
