Residential Property Legal Advisor / Conveyancer
Mansfield | Full-time | 2-3 Years' Experience
Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking for your next step in a friendly and supportive environment? We're seeking a Legal Advisor / Conveyancer to join a busy Residential Property team, managing a varied caseload and delivering an excellent client experience.

You'll be responsible for running your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, with a strong focus on client care and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers
Investigating titles and resolving property queries
Preparing reports on title and mortgage documentation
Drafting, reviewing, and explaining contracts to clients
Handling exchanges and completions
Liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and agents
Using case management systems to progress files efficiently
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice
What we're looking for:
Legal Advisor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal, or similar, with 2-3 years' residential conveyancing experience
Confident in independently managing a caseload of sale and purchase files
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A client-first approach and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with case management systems
