We're Hiring! Residential Services Deputy Manager (Approved Premises) 🌟
📍 Poole | 🕒 Full Time (40 Hours) | 💷 £38,820 per annum + amazing benefits

We're looking for an organised, creative, and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our brand-new Approved Premises service.
👉 Please note: This role has an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practicing and professing Christian (Equality Act 2010).

🏠 Support residents as they transition from custody to community life
🤝 Build positive relationships and ensure safety, support, and structure
👀 Carry out inspections, monitor behaviour, and promote wellbeing
🧭 Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
🌈 Be a role model for Christian values and create a Christ-centred, hope-filled environment
