Residential Sprinkler Service Engineer
Location: South Wales
Salary: £38k circa

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Residential Sprinkler Service Engineer to join a professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of domestic and residential fire sprinkler systems in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine service and maintenance of residential sprinkler systems.
* Perform fault diagnosis and repairs on existing systems.
* Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork.
* Liaise with clients and tenants in a professional and respectful manner.
* Ensure systems meet fire safety legislation and industry best practices.
* Participate in on-call rota as required.
Experience and skills
* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems (BS 9251-compliant systems).
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing or related discipline.
* Good working knowledge of water supplies including pumps, control valves, and alarm interfaces.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Relevant fire safety or sprinkler-related certifications (desirable)Before You Apply
