About the Role
Our clients Further Education College rated 'Outstanding' in June 2024 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Officers to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the collegess residential students, supporting their wellbeing, safety, and personal development in a vibrant college community.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring students feel supported outside of the classroom, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment where they can thrive.

Shift Patterns
We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a range of shift options:

8:00am – 4:00pm
*
10:00am – 6:00pm
*
3:00pm – 11:00pm
*
5:00pm – 1:00am
There is also the potential for someone who is successful in this role to stay in their on Accomodation on the site for a small deposit and nominal cost.
