You'll be working in a therapeutic environment, providing essential support for young people with learning difficulties and trauma backgrounds. Flexible shifts, including night work, are part of the job, running on a 24-hour rota pattern. 🕒
The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a driving license
While experience in a children’s home and a Level 3 qualification are preferred, they are not essential. Life experience is equally important in this role. 🌟
