Location: Manchester, UK
Type: Temporary, Flexible
Hourly Rate: £12.30 – £16.00
Hours: Ad-hoc basis

What We’re Looking For:
* Right to work in the UK
* DBS – Update Service Only
* 2 Proofs of address
* Evidence of National Insurance
* All Mandatory Training
* NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare (not essential)
* Experience in care, education, or youth support roles.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
* A caring, reliable, and professional attitude.
What You’ll Do:
* Support children and young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
* Assist with household tasks, activities, and sleep-in duties where required.
* Promote a safe, nurturing environment in line with care plans and safeguarding policies.
* Communicate effectively with the team and contribute to a positive home culture.
