Job Description

Up to £28,649 annual salary (dependent on experience) + additional sleep-in payments (£62 per sleep) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus, paid training and career progression supporting children with autism and learning disabilities.
📍 Shrewsbury / Telford / Shropshire
💷 Up to £28,649 annual salary
(Equivalent to up to £13.80 per hour based on 173 monthly contracted hours, dependent on experience)
➕ £62 sleep-ins paid separately (additional)
🎁 £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
🕒 Full-time | Long shifts | Sleep-ins may be available

Unique Care Group is recruiting Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, SEND and complex needs within small therapeutic homes.

Salary is dependent upon qualifications, experience and role-specific competencies.
