Residential Support Worker - Keynsham Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 (depending on experience) Sleep-in Rate: £75 per night Location: Keynsham, Somerset Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people in our care. You'll be part of a close-knit team that works collaboratively to promote positive outcomes and help each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Building trusting relationships with children and young people
Supporting daily routines including education, activities, and personal development
Managing challenging behaviours with compassion and consistency
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
Participating in sleep-in shifts (paid at £75 per night)
What We're Looking For
Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Residential Childcare
Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence is desirable
