Residential Support Workers – Award-Winning Children's Home
Location: Wrexham (LL12)
Average Salary: £35,000 per year
Pay: £12.85 per hour + £96 per sleep-in
Shifts: 2 on / 4 off + 2–3 waking nights per month
We are recruiting passionate, resilient individuals to join our clients award-winning residential care team in Wrexham. This 7-bed home supports young people aged 11–18 with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities, providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, heal and thrive.
This is a role that offers purpose, stability, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting young people with their emotional, behavioural and day-to-day needs
*
Promoting independence, education, and positive routines
*
Contributing to a structured, therapeutic environment
*
Working collaboratively with a dedicated, supportive team
What You’ll Receive
*
Competitive pay: £12.85 per hour
*
Sleep-in allowance: £96 per sleep (typically 2 per shift block)
*
Consistent shift pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off
*
2–3 waking nights per month (paid at standard rate)
*
Average annual salary of £35,000
*
Full training provided – qualifications not essential
*
