Please note - We do not provide sponsorship. ​ The role Middle Path provides support to four individuals, with three residing in the main house and one gentleman living in a self-contained annex, allowing him greater independence and personal space. As part of your role, you will be expected to actively participate in a variety of activities designed to promote well-being and engagement. These may include walking in the West Country countryside or along coastal paths, completing jigsaw puzzles, visiting picturesque seaside towns such as Lyme Regis and enjoying a hot chocolate, as well as spending time in the garden potting plants and feeding the birds. ​At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the person we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us helps us achieve this aim. ​ As a valued member of our team, your role will involve a mix of meaningful support — from helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, and personal care, to accompanying residents as they access the community and pursue their interests.
