I'm working with a specialist children's home in Folkestone that is looking for a compassionate and committed Residential Support Worker to join their team. This home provides a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with learning disabilities, supporting them to grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Provide tailored care and support for children with learning disabilities
Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines
Be part of an experienced and supportive team that creates a warm, inclusive environmentWhat's on Offer
Salary of £26,000

A caring, patient, and reliable approach
Flexibility to work sleep-in shifts. There will be between 2-6 a month.
