Residential Support Worker Lead – Permanent
📍 Location: Lytham St Annes (FY8)
💼 Salary: £27,500 – £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
🕒 Hours: Full-time on a flexible rota (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

Role Overview
As a Residential Support Worker Lead, you will:

Provide advice, assistance, and emotional and practical support to children and young people
*
Act as a positive role model and work closely with individuals to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential
*
Promote equal opportunities and challenge any discriminatory behaviour
*
Support the daily operations and management of the residential home
*
Assist in the continuous development and performance of team members to ensure quality care delivery
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*
A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting children and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in the UK
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
*
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (Please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
*
Two professional references, including one from your current or most recent employer
*
A full manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable but not essential)
