What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a residential setting
Supporting individuals with their daily routines, including personal care
Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting emotional wellbeing
Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children and young adults is advantageous, but not essential – we provide full training
