Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor to join a presitigious resedential surveying practices covering the Edinburgh region.
Role and Responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor:
* Carrying out Home Reports for customers.
* Mortgage valuations reports to a list of blue-chip lender clients.
Qualifying Criteria:
* AssocRICS or M/FRICS qualified
* VRS
* Passionate about residential surveying whilst being methodical in approach.
* A proven claims track record.
* A full driving licence.
