Residential Surveyor | Build and Lead a Growing Service

I am working with a well-established property and surveying group with a strong regional footprint and a consistent flow of work. They are now investing in their Home Buyer service and looking for someone who wants to be part of building it properly.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 HomeBuyer surveys
• Undertake residential valuations for private and lending clients
• Manage your own pipeline across the North East
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Play a key role in growing and developing the service

What they’re looking for

• MRICS or AssocRICS Surveyor
• Experience with HomeBuyer reports (Level 2 and 3)
• Valuation experience, ideally Registered Valuer advantageous
• Strong residential market knowledge
• Someone commercially aware who wants more than just delivery
