Owen Gardner Talent is proud to represent an award-winning, RICS-regulated practice known for quality over quantity. Due to growing demand, they’re looking for a Residential Surveyor to carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and non-lending valuations across Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties.

What You’ll Do
* Carry out RICS Level 2 Surveys and non-lending valuations
* Deliver clear, insightful reports to help clients make informed decisions
* Maintain high standards in inspection, reporting, and client communication
* Contribute to a respected, growing firm with a stellar reputation
What We’re Looking For
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified + VRS registered
* 1+ year of post-qualification experience
* Strong communicator with a detail-driven approach
* Happy working independently with support from a collaborative team
