Job Description
Edge Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Valuer to join our clients’ expanding, business working in Thirsk.
We are looking for an energetic, charismatic and enthusiastic individual to carry out Sales and Lettings valuations. You will be responsible for carrying out valuations, inc. your preparation for follow up from your valuations. You must have a proven track record for winning business in a competitive industry and have the ability to over come objections and close the deal.
You will be expected to;
* Create opportunities for new instructions by prospecting effectively and consistently
* Carry out valuations for sales and lettings
* Effectively win business
* Follow up previous valuations with a view to securing business
* Have the ability to cross sell a range of services and products
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude. The role is best suited to a self-starter who is not afraid of a challenge, is hungry for success, has a passion for people and property and will go above and beyond to get the right results every time. On top of the basic salary we also offer a competitive bonus structure
The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -1pm.
Salary will range from £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, realistic OTE earnings of £37,000Before You Apply
