Resource Partner – 9-Month FTC
Copello is looking for a proactive and people-focused Resource Partner to join a leading technology and innovation organisation. You’ll play a central role in aligning skilled professionals to the right projects, ensuring capability meets demand across a fast-moving technical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers to match skills and availability to project needs.

Maintain accurate forecasting and resource data.

Support internal projects and training programmes through effective allocation of expertise.

Build trusted relationships across multiple business units.
What You’ll Bring

Experience in internal resourcing or workforce planning within a technical or professional services environment.

Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

A proactive approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential); familiarity with dashboard tools like Power BI a plus.
