The organisation is a well-established social housing provider undergoing a period of positive transformation, focused on improving customer experience and modernising ways of working. As part of this change, the contact centre is evolving to better align roles, capacity and service delivery. It's a values-led environment that cares about the communities it supports, and this interim role will play an important part in helping the operation stay steady and well-planned during a key phase of the transition.
Description
This 4-week interim role is focused on keeping planning activity steady and on track during a period of change. Key elements include:
Maintaining and supporting forecasting, scheduling and resource planning activity
Keeping resource allocation aligned to expected demand
Providing hands-on real-time support where required
Working closely with Team Managers to monitor service levels and priorities
Supporting the Head of Customer as a key stakeholder throughout the assignment
Maintaining controls, checks and planning processes to ensure stability
Supporting with any critical planning deadlines or operational requirements
Contributing to light project or scenario planning if useful
Delivering as much practical, hands-on support as possible within a short timeframe
Profile
We're looking for someone who can step in quickly and operate with confidence. Ideally, you will have:
Immediate availability (able to start straight away)
Proven experience in contact centre resource planning
Comfortable working hands-on across forecasting, scheduling and real-time
Able to work independently and be self-sufficient without heavy onboarding
Strong communication and stakeholder skills, able to work positively with managers
Calm and steady approach during periods of change or uncertainty
UK-based with full Right to Work (no sponsorship available)
Open to a short-term, 4-week assignment with possible extension
Job Offer
Competitive daily rate circa £220 per day
Remote or office hybrid opportunities (West Midlands)
