Resource & Scheduling Co-ordinator
Location: Hybrid Devizes
Salary: £31,323 Pro rata x 6 months
We’re looking for a proactive Resource & Scheduling Co-ordinator to keep the Maintenance teams running like clockwork. From scheduling and planning to problem-solving and customer support, you’ll play a vital role in making sure that the homes are safe, compliant and well looked after.
What you’ll do:
* Own and manage daily scheduling across operational teams.
* Keep everything on track – from planned works to urgent response jobs.
* Build great relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors.
* Solve problems on the spot to keep things moving.
* Support with compliance, records and Health & Safety.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisation and planning skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and digital scheduling/CRM systems.
* Clear communicator who thrives in a busy environment.
* Customer-focused with a knack for problem solving.
