Our client are seeking motivated individuals to join their team to support with resourcing top talent for leading companies across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with candidates over the phone and building lasting relationships
* Sourcing high-quality candidates through multiple channels
* Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience
* Collaborating with experienced consultants who will mentor you
* Tracking success through KPIs and constantly improving your skills
* Providing leads and market intelligence to the delivery team
* Keeping our CRM up to date in line with company processes
