TDA Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join our team in Brentwood.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our talent team. The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to meet hiring needs. This role involves utilising various sourcing techniques, managing candidate databases, and supporting candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job vacancies.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability.

Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
*
Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
