Location: WS1 1YB
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (Monday – Friday, flexibility available)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate £12.50
Overview
People Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team. No prior recruitment experience is required, but you must be confident on the phone, well organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in recruitment with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using online job boards, CV databases, and social media platforms.
Advertise vacancies across multiple channels to attract suitable applicants.
Screen CVs and match candidates to active roles.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
Book registrations, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
Maintain accurate candidate records on the database.
Support consultants with day-to-day recruitment administration.
Provide a first-class candidate experience, keeping individuals informed and engaged.
Assist with compliance checks including right-to-work and reference collection.
Essential Skills & Qualities
Excellent telephone manner with confidence in speaking to new people daily.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Good IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and online systems.
Team player with a positive, proactive approach.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards.
