We’re looking for a target-driven Resourcer to join our growing Cardiff team. You’ll support our Nursing & Healthcare division by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding nurses, support workers, and healthcare assistants for work with clients across a range of health and social care services.
Key responsibilities:
Speak with prospective candidates and support them with onboarding and compliance
Upload right-to-work documentation, along with all other required documentation, in line with legislation and regulations
Deliver high standards of customer service in all interactions
Assist with filling shifts and maintaining candidate availability
Support the Nursing & Healthcare team in matching suitably skilled candidates to client needs
