Delivery Consultant – Defence & Engineering Sector
Location: Southampton (must be local / commutable)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 base + exceptional commission & bonuses

We’re searching for someone exceptional to join our Defence & Engineering delivery team, working alongside a senior consultant in a fast-paced, high-quality recruitment environment.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Delivery Consultant – not just a Resourcer; someone who owns the delivery process end to end.
* Excellent written and spoken English – clear, confident communication is essential.
* Curious, analytical mindset – you enjoy solving problems and thinking outside the box.
* Boolean search expert – sourcing is your superpower.
* Confident communicator – comfortable calling candidates, asking smart questions, and matching them to complex roles.
* Positive, proactive, and well organised – you take pride in delivering exceptional results.
💼 What We Offer
* Salary, Commission & Bonus: £28–35k base + market-leading delivery commission (£250 per contract placement, £400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme.
* Flexible Working: Core hours 10 am–4 pm, WFH Fridays and a 4 pm finish.
