Responsible Individual Regulated Children and Young Person Residential Home up to £50,000 per year- 4 days a week* Brook Street are recruiting for a Responsible Individual on behalf of our client, an established children'S service in South Wales who offer tailored support to children and young people with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive continuous growth and shape the future of both the organisation and the children they support. Directors are informed about service quality, safety and effectiveness. Ensure there is a strong focus on individual wellbeing outcomes Ensuing systems are in place to assess, monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service. Reporting on the adequacy of the resources available to provide the service. To develop a positive culture and ensure that the service users have a voice. Emphasise a person-cantered approach, promoting independence and active participation in decision-making.Essentials for the role: QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) / Leadership and Management. Live within reasonable driving distance to the services.
