Job Title: Responsible Individual - Children's Residential Homes
Location: West London
Salary: Starting £60,000 (negotiable)

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected provider of children's residential services who is seeking a dynamic Responsible Individual to oversee the running and development of 4 Ofsted-registered children's homes.
This is a strategic role for an experienced leader who can ensure outstanding outcomes for children and young people while maintaining full regulatory compliance and supporting Registered Managers to deliver high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Line manage and support Registered Managers across 4 children's homes
Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Lead on audits, safeguarding reviews, and service development initiatives
Monitor and improve quality, outcomes, and staff performance
Foster a positive culture based on therapeutic and trauma-informed practice
Contribute to business growth and organisational strategy
Requirements
Significant leadership experience in children's residential care
Proven track record in multi-site management or senior leadership
Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
