Responsible Individual – Start-Up Children’s Home
Location: Bolsover, Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Highly Competitive & Matched to Experience)
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We’re in the very early stages of launching a brand-new children’s home in Bolsover, and we’re looking for a passionate and committed Responsible Individual to join us on this journey.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role from the ground up — working closely alongside the Registered Manager and operational team to help create a high-quality, safe, and nurturing environment for the young people in our care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has the vision and values to help shape a new provision from scratch.
*
Brings strong knowledge of children’s residential care regulations and best practice.
*
Has previous experience in a senior role (Responsible Individual or similar).
*
Is confident working with Ofsted and other external stakeholders.
