CureYourSeaech is currently working with an established organisation that operates two crisis homes and a solo provision - with ambitious plans to scale up to 10 homes over the next two years.
They’re now seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual (RI) to join their journey; someone who is passionate about providing outstanding care and wants to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
If you have a strong background in children’s residential care, experience with Ofsted regulations, and a passion for driving positive outcomes for young people, I’d love to hear from you.
Responsible Individual Overview:
Brings strong knowledge of children’s residential care regulations and best practice;
Has previous experience in a Responsible Individual position, from start ups to maintaining homes;
Is confident working with Ofsted and other external stakeholders;
To support the home to ensure person centred care plans are established, renewed, maintained, and implemented for each child each month and the quality of care is deliverable;
To support the team to manage effectively and efficiently all allocated resources of the home, financially;
To work with professional colleagues to ensure each child or young person’s best interests are identified and plans established to meet them;
To work with the quality team to implement, create and monitor a framework of care systems to enable the above;
Providing strong, supportive, and compassionate leadership to ensure safe, nurturing, and responsive care for all individuals we support.Responsible Individual: Skills and Experience Required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent);
2+ years’ senior leadership experience in children’s residential care;
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards;
A strong, supportive, and professional leadership style;
A resilient, committed, and trustworthy approach to operational leadership.Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
