Restaurant & Coffee Shop manager
We’re on the lookout for a confident, people‑focused catering Manager to take the lead in a busy restaurant and café for a fast‑growing Garden Centre group based in Hockley.

What the catering manager role involves
You’ll be running the day‑to‑day operation of all food service areas, making sure everything runs smoothly and customers leave happy. You’ll support and motivate a team, keep standards high, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What we’re looking for
  * Experience managing catering or hospitality within a retail or similar setting
  * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant
  * Manage stock, staffing and wastage effectively
  * A natural people person with strong communication and organisational skills
