An exciting opportunity has opened for a Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant restaurant and bar in a stunning historic setting. My client is looking for an ambitious hospitality professional to take full responsibility for the venue’s front-of-house operations, creating exceptional experiences for every guest while driving team performance and commercial success. With a competitive salary of £35,000–£37,000, plus a 10% performance bonus and tronc tips of £8,000–£10,000, this role rewards both leadership and operational excellence.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead and inspire the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. This role gives you the opportunity to shape the service standards, manage daily operations, and work closely with the kitchen and senior management to drive sales and profitability.
