Are you a happy Restaurant Manager but would like better work / life balance and a clearer career path?

Would you like to work day time hours, no late evenings, have two days off together and only work every other weekend?

This positions responsibility's include the sound running of a market leading Garden Centre Restaurant serving guests anything from Tea and Cake to home cooked meals, to a glass of wine on a summers eve.

Liaising with the Garden Centre GM.

Control and manage Stock, Rotas and Costs across the catering operation.
