Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager
In your pivotal role as Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant team through engaging induction, comprehensive training, and ongoing development. You'll be the driving force behind the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll assist in efficiently running daily operations while ensuring that every service is delivered to the highest standard.
