Are you a hands-on Restaurant Manager looking for a hospitality role with sociable hours? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established site in Andover, offering a great work-life balance, alternate weekends off and daytime shifts only.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy restaurant, managing a team of around 30 staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example with a hands-on approach, from stock takes to making coffees and serving customers
Ensuring service standards and food hygiene requirements are consistently met
Communicating effectively with your team to create an efficient, supportive environment
Managing staff rotas and overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth serviceWhat we're looking for:
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Andover with a background in hospitality or high-volume catering environments. You'll need:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant or café
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
