What You'll Be Doing:
As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, setting the tone for our team and the guest experience. Your role will encompass:
Operations & Leadership:
Lead and manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, food quality, and service standards.
Recruit, develop, and inspire your team, fostering a culture built on company values: Energy, Initiative and Responsibility.
Ensure compliance with UK food safety, health & safety, and employment regulations.
Take ownership of financial performance (budget, costs, labour) and deliver on key business targets.Business Development & Market Entry:
Be an active partner in shaping our UK operations - adapting the concept to local conditions while keeping the company core intact.
Provide insights and input to support expansion plans and future restaurant openings.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team in Sweden to ensure alignment and learning across markets.People & Culture:
Build a strong, engaged team where well being and personal development are prioritised.
Lead by example with hands-on presence, professional communication, and a people-first approach.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent in hospitality, ideally in London or another major city.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Solid commercial understanding with experience of managing budgets, labour costs, and KPIs.
Good knowledge of UK hospitality regulations and compliance requirements.
Entrepreneurial mindset: flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
