Wadebridge | Immediate Start | 6pm-10pm or 8pm-11pm | Flexible Hours | Pay rate: £12.75 - £13.00
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a friendly, attentive and professional Restaurant Server to join a hospitality team in Wadebridge.
The successful candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, helping to ensure a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

Key Duties
Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly table service.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Clear and reset tables to the required standard.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Process guest bills and payments accurately where required.
Work closely with kitchen, bar and hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
Follow food hygiene, health and safety and hotel service standards.
Requirements
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, professional and well-presented manner.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Reliable and professional approach to work.Desirable Experience
Hotel or fine-dining restaurant experience.
Experience with POS/till systems.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
