The Role – Restraint Trained Teaching Assistant
A well-established primary school in Wandsworth is looking for a skilled and resilient Teaching Assistant with restraint training to support a child with behavioural needs. This is a full-time, long-term role starting after the October half term, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to provide consistent 1:1 support, using de-escalation techniques and proactive behaviour strategies to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
