Job Description
Protyre is looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor / Retail Assistant to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities.
Our Service Advisors will be responsible for dealing directly with customers both in person and on the phone, to help deliver the company business objectives, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service.
Location: Protyre Carlisle, Broadway new home for Gates Tyres.

About you:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent phone etiquette
* Previous administration and sales experience
* The willingness to constantly learn and improve your knowledge
* The ability to act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your work
* Full valid Driving Licence
* Previous experience within the Automotive sector or a good understanding/interest of the sector
About the role:
* Booking vehicles into diary and providing quotes
* Meet & Greet customers
* Ordering parts
* Promote company products and services
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Work in a safe manner and comply with health & safety regulations at all times.
* Make customers and management aware of any additional faults on the vehicle.
* Carry out other duties as you may reasonably be called upon to perform
