We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales & Design Executive who can develop relationships with new as well as existing customers and provide them with the very best in bathroom sales and customer service.
Working in our beautiful award-winning Showroom in Preston, you need to be a talented individual who can demonstrate professionalism in line with our ‘core values’ and help increase our showroom sales.
This is a permanent full-time role as a Bathroom Sales & Design Executive joining our successful team in presenting bathroom products and designing dream bathrooms for our clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing First Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showrooms.
* Meeting with customers to prepare and design project briefs and quotations and conduct surveys at clients’ homes where required.
* Design inspiring bathrooms with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail.
* Follow up leads, deliver winning presentations and successfully sell a range of products from our Bathrooms department.
* Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, where required.
* Work with our administration team to place and track orders, deliveries, and address day to day queries.
* Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after sales service.
* Be an ambassador of the Roccia brand and our values.
* Be open to working flexibly and adapting to change
ABOUT YOU:
* Minimum 2 years of Bathroom Sales Experience.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the customers’ needs, with at least 2 years customer service experience.
* Candidates will need to have experience and knowledge of CAD / Virtual Design packages as well as Outlook, Excel and Word programs.
* Showroom experience.
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of bathroom products.
* Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
* Good command of English language, both written and spoken and an excellent telephone manner.
* Experience of increasing sales and business growth.
* Committed to personal development and adapting quickly to new learning and change.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Basic salary £30,000 depending on experience plus quarterly Bonus (subject to achieving pre-agreed sales targets).

* 42.5 hours per week.
* 5 days out of 7 on a rota system
* 28 days holiday per annum (including Bank/Public Holidays)
