The Role
We’re looking for someone with a love of gardening to help run our horticultural department. You’ll be supported every step of the way, so previous management or retail experience isn’t essential. In this role, you’ll:

Help keep our plant and garden product displays looking great and well-stocked.

Support and guide a small team of assistants to deliver excellent customer service.

Chat with customers, giving helpful advice and sharing your gardening knowledge.

Assist with stock and display layouts to make our department easy to shop and appealing.
