Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a an expanding, big box, fast paced retailer in Slough. As a Retail Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be supporting the Store Manager in driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

The role of the Retail Manager
You'll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Manager
Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control
Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement
Oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth
What we're Looking For
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager (or similar level) in a fast-paced retail environment
A hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and motivates others
Strong organisational and communication skills
Passionate about customer service and hitting targets
Proactive and eager to develop into a future Store Manager
