Buzz Retail Ltd. is looking for outgoing, bubbly, and theatrical personalities to join our world-class sales demonstration team. This is not your average, quiet till-sitting retail job. You will be on the floor performing live, interactive demonstrations of our highly entertaining toys and games to families and tourists from all over the globe.
We operate on the grandest retail stages in the world, including Hamleys, Harrods, and Selfridges. If you have a background in acting, theater, performance, promotion, or high-energy sales, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Brand Ambassador and Demonstrator, your primary mission is to turn demonstrations into transactions. You will use our proven 8 A's Sales Formula to capture crowds, build excitement, and close sales.

Perform: Run high-impact, hands-on live product demonstrations.

Engage: Stop passersby with polite vocal hooks and invite children and parents to interact.
*
Educate: Become an expert on our product lines, knowing all features, safety specifications, and benefits inside and out.
*
Close: Confidently explain multibuy deals (like our popular Ŗ for £30" offers) and ask for the sale.
*
Represent: Maintain immaculate store standards and respect the strict guidelines of our host stores (e.g., Harrods' formal grooming standards and zero-tolerance phone policies).

High-Energy Personalities: You must be naturally positive, loud, bubbly, and comfortable performing in front of crowds.

Reliability & Professionalism: Strict adherence to our 5-Minute Rule (ready on the floor 5 minutes before your shift starts).

Target-Driven Mindset: You love seeing your hard work translate directly into daily sales achievements and commission bonuses.

Adaptability: The ability to match your tone to your venue—bringing theatrical chaos to Hamleys, or traditional luxury and formal etiquette ("Sir/Madam") to Harrods.
