Retail Senior Chef de Partie | Monday to Friday
£35,000 PA | Plus Paid Overtime at 1.5x Standard Rate
7:00am - 3:30pm | 40-Hour Contract

A leading corporate site in the City is looking for a skilled Senior Chef de Partie to take charge of one of its most exciting areas: a live cooking station serving fresh, globally inspired street food-style dishes. This is an interactive, front-facing role where you'll showcase your skills and bring flavour and theatre to the daily food offer.
Alongside your core retail role, you'll also have the chance to pick up additional hours in the hospitality and events kitchen - helping deliver fine dining, canapé receptions, and bespoke private functions, all paid at 1.5x your standard rate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Running a live cooking station, preparing fresh, made-to-order street food-style dishes
Leading your section with confidence and ensuring fast, high-quality service
Supporting day-to-day operations in a busy, high-volume retail kitchen
Taking part in hospitality and event services when needed - from plated lunches to canapé parties
Contributing to menu development with fresh, creative ideas
Maintaining excellent standards in food safety, organisation, and presentationWhat We're Looking For:
An experienced Chef de Partie ready to take on more responsibility
Strong background in retail or high-volume kitchens
Confident with live cooking and customer-facing service
A genuine passion for street food, flavour, and seasonal cooking
A team player who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
