Retail Supervisor (Team Delivery Manager/Customer Service Superstar)
* FULL-TIME (would consider part time /job share applications)
* Alternate weeks Tues-Sat and then Mon-Fri 9.00am-17.30pm
* (additional Weekend/events work available as overtime)
* Salary 35k-40K per annum depending on experience
Crewroom has been the home of British performance clothing since 2000. Our primary focus is and has always been the physical welfare of everyone who uses our kit, helping them train and compete through the seasons. That’s why designing and supplying superb performance clothing for rowers, runners and anyone who loves being out in the elements is at the heart of what we do.
We’re always on the lookout for great people to join our team and we’re now looking for a team delivery manager who can also be Retail & Customer Service Superstar to deliver a great in-store experience for our customers and assist our sales and design team. You’ll be based at our Putney store.
THE ROLE:
Based near the cafes and boathouses in Putney, your day-to-day role will focus on providing great customer service, in person, via phone and email and looking after our Putney store. Planning ahead and ensuring stock availability in the shop is as required along with liaising with production to ensure all custom team kit orders can be fulfilled on time and in full.You’ll need to be hands-on, motivated, proactive and keen to get involved.
We work with elite athletes, sporting organisations and international partners, so we need a candidate with great interpersonal skills who’ll work well in our small but dynamic team.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Deliver a great in-store experience for our customers
* Keep the store shipshape and presented in a professional manner
* Answer customer queries in person, via email and telephone
* Ensure the stock is accurate
* Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
* Prepare stock and orders for personalization
* Ensure logistics costs are minimised through good planning
* Working closely with production to ensure all garments can be made accurately and on time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* You’ll have a positive attitude with a great work ethic and willingness to ‘muck in’
* You’ll need to be a strong communicator, both verbally and written
* Highly computer literate
* You’ll be incredibly attentive to detail
* You’ll need the ability to listen carefully and practice patience – to ensure you give the best customer service at all times
* Excellent time management is essential, ideally, you’ll live close to Putney
* The ability and willingness to work weekends
